I just bought this recently so I could use my Sennheiser computer headset for Xbox live. It works great for me; however, some people who don't have volume controls on their headsets might have trouble using it. My Sennheiser headset doesn't have a volume control and it works great, so really it just depends on your headset. It's a gamble, but if you have a nice headset you use on your computer and you don't want to spend a bunch more for a nice headset on your xbox, this tool it definitely worth it.
